R:LDC_ADV_2DA_EXT is part of a series of audio/visual pieces featuring interviews with the artist’s closest female-identified relatives. The project is intended to provide a safe space for them to share stories about their formative experiences. The visual aspect of the pieces is altered by satellite images of the geographical regions habited by the women. Conceptually, the project explores the relation between physical space and trauma, while each piece evokes the reflection on the loss of data found in the field of remote perception, establishing a link with the importance of exposing the stories of the community.
